Regional Search Associate During her long educational career Dr. Gonzalez has served as a teacher, director of research and evaluation, assistant superintendent of Pre-K12 services, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, chief academic and innovations officer, executive director of leader development and chief academic officer. She is the current superintendent of the Phoenix Elementary School District. Dr. Gonzalez earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Puget Sound.
