Deborah L. Keys Write is a regional search associate for Ray and Associates. As the founder and national board governance consultant of The Write Keys 2 Consulting, LLC, she provides customized leadership skills training for superintendents and school board members.

Keys has more than 25 years of governance experience and delivers effective board governance best practices, leads retreats to address board conflict and culture, educational equity through the lens of governance and provides coaching for governance teams.

Keys earned a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational development from Spring
Arbor University in Michigan.
