Hector O. Dominguez, Jr., is a regional search associate and background investigator for Ray and Associates.

During his career in education he has worked as a band director, assistant principal, principal and is currently the superintendent of the Runge (Texas) Independent School District.

Dominguez earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education at Texas Tech University, a Master of Science Degree in Education from Walden University and is currently pursuing a Doctor in Education Degree in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University. He received his superintendent certification from Lubbock Christian University.
