Dr. David Faltys

Dr. David Faltys is a director of leadership acquisition and background investigator for Ray and Associates.

During his 33-year career in education, Dr. Faltys worked as a teacher, coach, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent. He served as superintendent in the Carroll (TX) Independent School District from 2006 to 2020, making his tenure one of the longest in the district. He has received several awards and honors during his career, including being named the superintendent of the year in 2010.

Dr. Faltys earned three degrees from Texas A and M University – a bachelor of science degree, a Master of Science Degree in Educational Administration and a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration.
