As LAMP’s principal, you will be responsible for:
* Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate students, faculty, and staff.
* Support and enhance the school’s mission to support and provide an inclusive learning environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
* Manage the school’s day-to-day operations, including budget management and resource allocation.
* Analyze a variety of data sources to make 21st-century data-driven decisions for instruction.
* Support the use of innovative technology to motivate and prepare students for 21st-century learning strategies.
* Support school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations.
* Support school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations.
* Support professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to promote continuous learning.
