Compensation:	The salary will be in the range of $177,200.00 to $186,100.00 and includes an excellent comprehensive benefits package. The final salary for the successful candidate will be negotiated and determined based upon proven experience, qualifications and meeting criteria with an additional opportunity bonus, based on success criteria mutually established by the District and the successful candidate.
