2017-2018 District-Wide Highlights
8 schools received bronze recognition and 2 schools received silver recognition for PBIS by the Wisconsin RtI Center/PBIS Network
Converse, Hackett and Robinson earned the Title I Schools of Recognition designation from Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction
On the State School Report Card, several individual schools meet or exceed expectations: Converse, Gaston, Hackett and Robinson.
Spring convocation honored 68 employees for their longevity in the district whose total combined years of service is 1,256.
The annual retirement reception honored 7 employees with over 250 years in education.
Family, Student and Community Engagement:
The district hosted the first Principal-for-a-Day to invite community members to experience a day in the life of a principal.
Students, volunteers and staff were honored at the 2nd Knight of Distinction.
The district presented the community-wide 3rd Annual MLK Commemorative Breakfast.
In partnership with many community organizations, Literacy for Life was launched in Beloit to help improve early literacy.
Groundbreaking ceremony for the district welcome center celebrated our progress and future.
Updated the district and school websites to improve aesthetics, accessibility, and ease of use.
