Education Requirements (Include certificates, licenses, and/or registrations required.)
A masterís degree in from an accredited college or university is required and appropriate licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) as a supervisor (#10). Licensure as a superintendent is desired. Additional postgraduate work is desired. HR certifications, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) are recommended.
